Return & Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Itineraries

All itineraries delivered by Andrea's Azores are non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our services and the time invested in crafting personalized travel plans, refunds for 3/5/7 Day Stays will not be issued once an itinerary has been delivered to the client.

Third-Party Bookings & Vendor Refund Policies

For any additional activities, excursions, or services booked on behalf of clients through third-party vendors, the refund policy of the respective vendor will apply. Andrea's Azores is not responsible for the refund policies, cancellation terms, or financial transactions of third-party vendors.

Prior to confirming any third-party bookings, clients will receive detailed information about the vendor’s cancellation and refund policies. It is the client’s responsibility to review and accept these terms before proceeding with the booking.

Liability Disclaimer

Andrea’s Azores acts only as a travel consultant and booking facilitator. We are not liable for any disputes, cancellations, or financial losses resulting from third-party vendor policies. Any issues regarding refunds must be addressed directly with the respective vendor.
